Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? that's great.

You may, or you may not. The good news is that Sandy is happy to have an initial chat and give you an honest answer.

She also offers a flexible range of service options so you are able to tailor the advice level to suit your needs.

Most of Sandy's clients find there is peace of mind that comes from knowing everything is taken care of and they can focus on the things that matter most to them.

Sandy has a depth and breadth of experience garnered from over 25 years working in a range of corporate and accounting settings.

This has provided her with a deep understanding of a broad range of circumstances and means that she can deliver advice that is personalised to your needs, and delivered with care.

She takes pride in spending the time to get to know all of her clients as she feels this is critical to a positive advice process.

Your initial advice, including:

  • Your financial roadmap, or statement of advice.

  • All costs of preparation, explanation, as many questions as you wish to ask and (with your permission) implementation.

will cost in the range of $3,300 - $6,600 (incl. GST). Sandy will give you an exact quote once she has had a chance to understand your circumstances and therefore the work required.

Sandy also offers a range of ongoing service (regular review) packages, including:

  • Regular review at an interval to suit your circumstances

  • Ongoing access to ad hoc advice and administration support to make sure everything runs smoothly

  • Where appropriate, Centrelink administration and support.

Ongoing service fees range from $2,750 - $6,600 (incl GST) per year.

It is important to note that no fees are charged without your prior written consent and you are always in control.

Sandy believes in honesty and transparency and will be upfront so you always know what the costs are, before any work is completed.

Sandy does not believe in accepting commissions. Where this is not possible (for some older existing insurance policies) she will credit these back to you on a regular basis.

An initial conversation is best to clarify this, as it will be different for everyone depending on their needs.

In summary though Sandy will ask for financial details from you that relate to the advice to be provided, or for you to provide authorisation for her to access this information directly, whichever is easier.

She will try to make the process as easy as possible for you.
